How To – Amy’s Cherry Mango Smoothie
My pet name for this smoothie is ‘Tart the day off right’ because while sweet, this wonderful breakfast has a tangy, tart taste. Here is my recipe: (note, proportions are for two servings and are not exact. Feel free to play with the proportions to make it to your liking).

  1. Put the liquids in the blender, then the powder, then the fruits (heaviest fruits on the bottom)
  2. Start the blender on a medium low setting (I use chop). If the mix is too dry, add a splash of hot water until it blends easily.
  3. Blend for 3 min gradually increasing the speed of the blender to eliminate chunks
  4. Pour into glasses. Thoroughly stir 1 tsp of chia seeds into each glass Drink and enjoy!
