One of my favourites is tuna. And while you could make this burger with high end sushi grade tuna, I decided to try it with a simple can of flaky tuna in water.
Pickles Eh! Ripe Cucumber Relish is wonderfully vibrant and and it packs a lot of flavour into this seemingly humble burger.
While you could certainly slide this patty in a bun, I recommend a slice of toasted French or Italian bread and your favourite greens. You could even pop some cheddar on top and broil this baby up for an elegant tuna melt.
